I made the leap from commercial design to fine art in 1999. I took my first watercolour class in San Diego where I was living with my husband and 3 young children. I loved watercolour immediately, I wasn’t scared by its unpredictability, I embraced it. Many lessons, and a stack of bad, and not so bad, paintings later, I began teaching watercolour. My goal in teaching has been to emphasize the joy while eliminating the fear that so many adults have when they begin an artistic journey.
Elizabeth is an innovative and passionate painter, her work sings with colour!
